Join Final Veil and guest performers for a rare night of Belly Electric Rock on Friday, December 6, 2019 at The Monocle.  ‘Rak The Casbah’ will feature music by Final Veil and a bellydance showcase starring Katie Raks, Anna Bahn, April Joy, Desiree, and Azza.  The Tory Starbuck Project will open the evening, bringing the stardust nostalgia of glam and experimental world instrumentation. A special appearance by flamenco dancer Beth Steinbrenner of Los Flamencos will round out this diverse lineup in The Monocle’s Emerald Room in the Grove at 4510 Manchester Avenue in St. Louis.

“This show will blend all my favorite influences from east to west,” says Cora Camille, frontwoman of Final Veil.  “The dancers capture the soul of our sound and our new rock elements will bring the party that inspired us to release our Salome’s Spell album this year.  This is a celebration of world beat fusion, dance, and experimental art.”

Patrons of the Monocle’s bar can enjoy everything from traditional cocktails to CBD oil-infused drinks and creative non-alcoholic choices to please all palettes.  The bar will open early and the show starts at 8 pm. Advanced tickets are recommended and can be purchased on eventbrite.com for $10 or at the door for $15.
